ORDER STATUS
You can check your order status by visiting your order history in the My Orders section of the website.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders placed before 1 PM EST for in-stock items will ship the same day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 1 PM EST for in-stock items, Monday through Friday, will ship the following business day. Please note that personalized items, like invitations, can take a 5-7 business days to ship.

USPS® is used to ship most of our products. We also have expedited shipping options available with other carriers. Free standard, First Class™, shipping with USPS® is offered on orders totaling $35 and more to the continental United States. Shipping rates for order totals under $35, international orders, and expedited orders will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the product(s) and the destination address.

Standard shipping within the continental United States can take 2-5 business days, while shipping to Europe can take 6-10 business days. These figures are estimates - we are not responsible for shipping delays by the carriers, or custom delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Paper Built is not responsible for delays due to customs.
DAMAGED ITEMS OR ITEMS MISSING FROM A PACKAGE
We do our best to ensure that your order arrives to you in whole and undamaged. Please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date with any package issues.

If your order is damaged please take a picture of the package and hold onto the packaging as it may be needed for a claim.
MISSING PACKAGES
If an order's tracking is marked delivered but you have not received the package, please take the following steps:​

Check with your neighbors or front desk (if applicable) to see if the package was misdelivered.

Reach out to your local post office. USPS is active and helpful on Twitter.

Contact us at info@paperbuilt.com with your order number.
A lost shipment must be reported within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We are unable to assume responsibility for packages marked delivered by a third-party mail-forwarding facility or international carriers.

Please note that Paper Built is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
RETURN POLICY
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. Used, opened, and/or final sales items cannot be returned.
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns of any personalized orders or digital items.

Once the returned item(s) have been received a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, minus non-refundable shipping costs. Processing times varies among payment providers and it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to show on your account.

To return an item, please take the following steps:​
